for those yang nak kurus and want to lose weight ramai pk that JANGAN MAKAN! / DON'T EAT!! actually guys macam ni ya..
this is simple example i want to tell u!...
let say..
breakfast : u take 50 kalori
lunch : 300 kalori
petang: 50 kalori
malam : 20 kalori
Total kalori per day : 420 kalori per day
ok.. one day u took 420 kalori per day.. so now u should think in one day to how u nak buang that kalori yg u dah amek..!
so doing some exercise la kan!
let say..
walking : burn 300 kalori
working : burn 50 kalori
total: 350 kalori yang u dah burn for that day..
see.. on that day u buat 420 kalori.. so yg u burn untuk that day hanya 350 kalori.. so u ada balance 70 kalori yg tidak di burn.. so 70 kalori tu akn bertuakr menjadi lemak ..
if....
jogging : burn 400 kalori
walking: 300 kalori
working : 50 kalori
total burn: 740 kalori..
now.. u dah burn 740 kalori ..
740-420 = 320 kalori
320 kalori will take from ur fat.. mean lemak2 lama tu akan terbakar.. so penurunan berat badan akan berlaku.. cam tu la..
